- Add manual trigger support (workflow_dispatch) to deploy workflow
- Upgrade Node.js from 18 to 20, pnpm/action-setup from v2 to v4
- Use GITHUB_OUTPUT instead of GITHUB_ENV for step outputs
- Optimize version check logic with early exit
