fix(types): accept arrays of functions for event props

This happens to work at runtime, but should be considered undocumented behavior that may change in the future. It is safer to not allow this at the type level. You should also just wrap your own functions together.

I ran into this because we're passing through events that are defined as props so we can check if they're set. Vue already merges inherited events into an array so we either get a runtime warning from only allowing a function or a typescript error trying to bind the prop to an element.
