create-vue benefit from deno
I suggest we need create-vue submodule need to be written in ts-deno, I mean by ts-deno using
typescrype language and targeting deno runtime first the source can be convert automaticly to be
npm package using dtn. the main main benefit is to use deno stand library (js lib maintained be
deno team and cover a lot of create-vue needs ) and deno tools:code format,esm module support, typescrype support out
of the box and more, another benefit to have less code
