Vue Devtools crash after start #1482

Steps to reproduce
Open developer tools, select the Vue-developer-tools and wait for them to load. Once I try to select an element, the dev-tools crash. When I right-click on element directly and select 'Open with vue-devtools' I receive a message from chrome that the vue-devtools crashed and need to be reloaded. In rare cases I am able to select an element with the vue-devtools but then they crash when I select another element with the vue-devtools

Im using an M1 MacBook Pro with the ARM-Version of Chrome
