Recently Viewed dynamic module loading issues

Current behavior

1. On page reload, the Recently Viewed list is empty
2. The first viewed product is not added to the Recently Viewed list

Expected behavior

1. Recently Viewed page is not empty after page reload
2. All viewed items are added to the list

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://next.storefrontcloud.io/ and login
2. Use the account menu to navigate to My Recently viewed products. If there are no products listed, navigate to a few products and come back
3. Reload the page
4. "No products yet" is displayed (issue 1 above)
5. Use the side menu to navigate to any product (that's not already in the Recently Viewed list)
6. Use the account menu to navigate to My Recently viewed products again
7. The last viewed product is not listed (issue 2 above)
8. Use the browser back and forward browser buttons to go back to the product and return to the list
9. The last viewed product is listed now
