useSpeechRecognition doesn't work well on mobile

Describe the bug

I tried testing this on Android mobile phone & on chrome broser and it doesn't seem to work well. You may also try to test the given demo in mobile as well.

Reproduction

Try using the demo on https://vueuse.org/core/useSpeechRecognition/ using Android & Chrome browser

Android 13 - Google Pixel 7
Browser - Google Chrome 117.0.5938.60
