Critical: Rate Limit Reached

I'm getting this error when running a sync
Have a DB of 30,000 notes and get the error around the 4500 notes

Full error txt:
CRITICAL: Rate Limit reached. Restart program in 50.07

any thoughts on a fix?

I did end up completing the data export with this error. It was generally around 4680 notes that the error would happen. Just had to wait out the timer and restart the sync. Data appeared fine when uploaded it to another evernote account
