Description
Following the meeting on 29-07-2025 we agreed to provide horizontal reviews for explainers that accompany specs. As part of the process, we should decide what parts of the explainer we want to pay particular attention to, as it stands the Use Cases, Accessibility, Privacy & Security sections all came up as possible sections we'd want to review as part of an explainer horizontal review.
