Some wording&grammar correction discussion

There are some wording issues, I will have a check and list them here.
I can make a pull request to fix them after discussion if you guys thought it be great.

And during the check, I found there are some expression issues too. I will list them out in another issue list for public discussion and make another pull request if you thought it be great.

• First 「能」 in sentence 「希望能本文能对实际操作起到有效地指导作用」 should be removed and 「地」 should be 「的」. Here and Here
• Missing 「出」 in sentence 「另一方面也提與既有標準（如萬國碼）的對應」 ? (I'm not sure if this is a general usage in Traditional Chinese) Here
• There are two wrong grammar usages in sentence 「冀求透過本文書能在實作層級更能有效地促進實現」 : (Here and Here)
  • the subject is missing actually when 「透過本文書」 catches the 「文書」 , which is supposed to be the subject.
  • 「更能有效地」 should be 「更有效地」 for there's a 「能」 in 「本文書能在」.
• Can 「正方形」 in 「中文排版所使用的汉字和标点符号的比例皆为1:1的正方形」(so in Traditional-Chinese version) be a type of 「比例」("ratio") ? I'm not sure if it be better to rephrase that to 「中文排版所使用的汉字和标点符号的比例皆为1:1的正方比例」 or just remove the 「的正方形」. Here
• Missing subject 「使用频率」 in sentence 「简单而言，表示该排版处理的重要性，而并非信息的准确性」. Here and Here
• Two issues found: (Here and Here)
  • Duplication in 「目錄、索引、參考書目等頁面目錄、索引、參考書目等頁面以版心之尺寸作為基準設計」.
  • Missing word 「用」 in 「但有不少案例会在内文采单栏横排时」.
• Wrong words collocation in 「然后依照版心尺寸不同，向上下、左右调整」 for 「向」 shall only go with single direction description, which may be better as 「向上、下、左、右调整」 or just 「进行上下、左右调整」. Here and Here
• I believe there's a word 「標」 missed in sentence 「即便標音也只是用行內括號注。」 according to the Simplified Chinese version. Here
• Missing words 「基文」 in sentence 「大多分词连写，以词作为进行标音」according to the Traditional Chinese version. Here
• Missing word 「提」 in sentence 「能同时为仅熟悉单一标音系统的两种读者供汉字标音」 according to the Traditional Chinese version. Here
