[css-anchor-position] Which writing-mode is used for position-try-order ?

We resolved to use the containers writing-mode for the position-try <<tactic>> but I realized that we didn't resolve on which writing-mode to use for the position-try-order property.

I don't think we need a separate resolution for that, it clearly needs to be the same.
