Defining information sources for spoken presentation #64

Description

@murata2makoto

This issue aims to define what kinds of information user agents and assistive technologies should consider when generating spoken presentation of content containing ruby annotations.

The discussion in #12 (“Reading aloud ruby without reading aloud ruby base”) revealed that various factors — such as ruby bases, ruby annotations, particle pronunciation, and morphological analysis — can influence how text-to-speech output should be generated. However, #12 has become too long and mixed with broader topics.

This new issue focuses specifically on identifying these information sources, without prescribing any algorithmic behavior or implementation details.

Another issue (#59, "Clarifying the scope of this TR (informative, not algorithmic)") aims to make clear what is and what is not within the scope of this document.
