Align with MOSIP Claim 169 work for biometrics

MOSIP has published a QR Code format that contains biometric information used to re-identify people that do not have reliable identification documents:

If this specification does anything with biometrics, we should try to ensure that the solution achieves the same use cases as Claim 169 to ensure we have good coverage with the solution.

That specification has been adopted by the W3C VCWG as an official standards-track specification now, the new URL is:

… the would like to move it to a VC barcode
… the farmer's credential contains their ID and biometrics, allows them to claim some seeds
… I just wanted that in this group's radar
