Expand/extend text selection with shift + click

After a text selection is made it would be good to extend it with a shift+click elsewhere. This would immediately re-select text _from_ the initial click _to_ the new location- whether it be above or below the initial click.

This will help speed up large block text selection after scrolling that may span many lines and also eliminate the tedium of precise selections.

When command output is long (few screens) and I need to copy a long fragment, up to a few screens,  I (that's how I do it in iTerm2) would 
1. scroll to the beginning of the fragment and start selecting by clicking and dragging the cursor (pretty standard thing)
2. I would stop selecting (release the button) after having only little fragment selected and scroll down to the end, leaving partially selected part above
3. upon locating the end line of my needed selection I would Shift+Click to mark that end and it would result in selecting the needed fragment

I follow this practice (habit) because sometimes it is hard to hold the button while scrolling to locate the needed end point. 

In Warp, when I do this trick and ready to Shift+Click to mark the end -- it forgets about my selection task and simply selects the block.

Feature request:  it would be great if Warp could distinct normal Click (to select a block) from Shift+Click to accommodate the marking of end of selection fragment.

Would be really helpful if you guys could do this ASAP. Coming from mac terminal, I'm pretty much used to select texts as @elviskahoro mentioned. So feels a bit difficult in warp selecting a long block
