Broken or missing links and formatting issues

I noticed that some links in the list of scripts in README.md pointed to the wrong script, had typos or formatting issues. Below are the issues I have spotted:

• Link text of 'Autocomplete Notes App' says 'Autocert' instead of 'Autocomplete Notes App'

• Formatting issues in 'Images to WebP Converter' link

• Link text of 'Morse Code' says 'Mose code' instead of 'Morse code'

Screenshot:

• 'Profanity Checker' does not appear in the list of scripts in README.md
• 'Python GUI Notepad' link points to 'PDF Merger and Splitter' (wrong folder location)

I would like to fix these through a PR. Thanks.
