Describe the bug
ValaDocs do not work offline.

To Reproduce

1. Download (all) ValaDocs for offline usage.
2. Turn off your internet.
3. Close EasyDocs
4. Open EasyDocs, and navigate to the ValaDocs pane

Expected behavior
ValaDocs should work offline.
