Research - Use of JQ on Windows as a library

In 4.2 running the FIM tests, it was discovered that one of the reasons why the tests failed was because JQ was not installed correctly, after a brief investigation it was decided to add the installation in the setup.py.

But it is necessary to investigate a new way that is not so invasive where you do not have to invoke a process but JQ in Windows can be used as a library.
