Allow animating clip-path in web-animations-lite?

I would like to animate clip-path to implement certain material design effect as part of the prebuilt animations library in https://github.com/PolymerElements/neon-animation. Is it possible to add it to web-animations-lite?

This should be fine, it's just src/box-handler.js which is tiny.

This should be fine, but it's not implemented yet. We have the (deprecated) clip property in box-handler.js, which is already in lite. I will add clip-path.

Hey @morethanreal what are you hoping to do with clip-path? It looks like it takes either a shape or an SVG resource. We've got handlers for shapes polygon, ellipse, circle and rect. Will those fill your needs if I wire them up to clip-path?
