Add Animatable Gradient Feature #2128
Description
As noted in #2107 (comment) by @captainbrosset, gradients that can be animated and transitioned is a very interesting and useful feature. This was inspired by conversation around css.properties.transition.gradients_can_animate which refers to one potential method of doing so, but is not supported.
This feature would have developer interest but may be difficult to identify specific keys that support it.
