Oh I thought bcd-watch only used BCD. Can you say more about how it uses web-features?

It uses Baseline in the sense of having a whole report built around Baseline status, which is what the page is about. Mostly I added it because my recollection was @petele encouraged me to add it once the service was stable.

I did, it's a helpful tool, though agree it's not exactly web-features.
