This is baseline false because it is deprecated. It probably won't get removed from the platform, though, so I think this wants to get mapped?
(These are just 30 keys for the Performance API, but overall there are more than 1000 keys in BCD that are marked "deprecated" and I assume we want to map some of them or we decide none of them should be mapped. However, in that case, we should remove them from our backlog).
