- Use System.FilePath.(</>) to build platform-agnostic paths
- Improve comments and structure in examples/jbfl/complex.jbfl:
- Demonstrate flexible comment placement
- Enhance readability for users and maintainers
- Ensure AST dumps go to consistent locations: examples/ast/{jbfl|jbeam}/{filename}.hs
- Rework README.org:
- Add new "Configuration" section explaining how to generate and use formatting config files
- Detail project-specific configuration via jbeam-edit.jbfl
- Add "Examples" section with reference to examples/README.org

- Added description of `-i` flag to modify files in-place without creating backups. - Rename in place option to `-i` instead of `-I`
