Motivation / Use-Case
I was very confused by the phrasing in the section about the
urloption, especially when upgrading from an older version ofcss-loaderwhich allowed absolute paths starting from thepublicPath. This I think clarifies it, but since I was confused, I'm still not entirely sure if this understanding is correct. Please let me know if I'm wrong about how it works!Breaking Changes
