Display of backers includes individuals with zero funding #7584

Issue:
Currently, the list of backers on the website is displaying individuals who have contributed zero funding. The definition of a backer, as stated, is an individual who has contributed any amount of money to support Webpack. However, those who have not contributed anything (i.e., their funding amount is zero) are still appearing on the backer list.
Expected Behavior:
Only individuals who have contributed a non-zero amount of funding should appear in the backers list. It would be helpful to filter out individuals with zero contributions to align with the definition of a backer.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the Webpack backers page.
Observe that individuals with zero funding are listed alongside those who have made contributions.
