[Bug]: Selected `sl-lradio-button` showing above footer

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?

I would expect it to show behind the stickied footer like all the other elements, instead it is displayed in front of the footer.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Create a new crawl workflow
2. Change the window size so a group of radio buttons with one value selected is just behind the stickied footer
3. Observe the selected button showing overtop the stickied footer.
