[Bug]: Seed files aren't deleted on org deletion

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?

When an org is deleted, I expect all resources are deleted from the database and storage.

In fact, seed files are not cleaned up as part of the org delete routine.

Reproduction instructions

1. Create an org in Browsertrix
2. Create a workflow with an uploaded seed file
3. Delete org
4. Verify file still exists in database and s3 storage
