[Task]: Allow loading a profile browser with first URL from any of the workflows.

Description

To help debug issues with workflows that failed, or not logged in, or seem incorrect, it would be useful to be able to configure a profile with the URL of one of the workflows that has used the profile.

This could be added as a separate column for each workflow, or just in the action list if that's simpler.
This will then launch the profile browser with the firstUrl of that workflow.
