[Task]: Update related workflows on backend when profile proxy id is changed

### Description

Part of #2982 

When a profile is updated with a new proxy, we should update the proxy on all workflows using that profile to match and return `updated_crawlconfigs: [{ cid, name, firstSeed }] }` in the profile PATCH response.
