Overview
Problem statement
Create a wrapper class which shows environment and version on top of the each screen (or on each screen which is wrapped by that wrapper class).
Solution
Created a class for the given problem. Also added file to dynamically assign size to elements depending on the device size.

flutter_screenutil has been added from pub.dev
