Current Behavior

An error occured titled 'Name x already exists'

Expected Behavior

A menu named x is created or renamed.

Steps To Reproduce The Issue

1. Create a menu titled 'test';
2. Delete menu titled 'test';
3. Create another menu called test2
4. Change the menu title to test
