Missing `GetPort`

Description

The Go library does not expose a binding to webui_get_port(myWindow)

Expected Behavior

There should be a GetPort function.

Possible Solution

I would like to implement this in a PR if no one has any objections. I presume WebUI automatically picks a random available TCP port (i.e. by asking the OS to give one)

Yes, sure, you can add any missing API you want to Go-WebUI.
