Startup message lacks important information for first time users

webxdc dev tool needs to print link for the user where it starts, the ports of the instances are less interessting to newbie users

current

Starting webxdc project in: .
Starting webxdc-dev frontend
Starting webxdc instance at port 7001
Starting webxdc instance at port 7002

expected something like this:

Starting webxdc project in: .
Now running at http://localhost:7000/

the "Starting webxdc instance at port 7001" messages could be still shown in some verbose or debug mode, but for the normal user they are irrelevant.
