Hosts can register shared website parts with createInkling({ website }).
Editors can select a header, footer, or other shared area in the actual page
and change its existing menu, entry fields, or settings in one place.
Saves show their result, preserve failed edits, and remain accessible on phones.
Menu links can be chosen by page title. Connected chats can discover shared
areas and create menus using the host's declared handle.
Provider settings include a Test Inky check that verifies the model can call
an editing tool. The check uses synthetic data and makes no site changes.

Delivered menus resolve entry references to their published website addresses.
Draft, deleted, and inaccessible targets are omitted instead of becoming broken
links. Existing URL links are unchanged.
Inky receives the host's shared-area map, so it can find the actual source of
navigation, footer details, and other connected elements.
Interrupted or empty responses leave a persistent explanation in the chat.
Applied changes refresh the open editor, and unsaved edits must be handled
before applying a proposal so an old form cannot overwrite the result.
Guides distinguish connecting an existing ChatGPT account from provider setup
for hosted Inky. Hosted sign-in requires provider approval.
