How are you stopping your agent from overspending on paid tools?

We're building an open source layer that enforces spend limits at the point where payment is requested (the -32042/402 challenge). Per-call caps, daily budgets per tool, approval workflow for expensive calls. Basically a corporate card for agents.

Is this is a pain you're feeling or are wallet limits are enough for now.
