This list omits BufferSource which is mentioned in https://heycam.github.io/webidl/#common-BufferSource

Why would we mention BufferSource? HTML does not use it. The intention of this section is not to list all the terms defined in Web IDL, just the terms HTML uses.

Yes, valid point. I've reworked the Websockets bit to reference BufferSource (it was previously referring to ArrayBuffer and ArrayBufferView separately), but I'm also happy with closing this (and the associated issue) if you prefer.
