Based on http://www.growingwiththeweb.com/2014/02/async-vs-defer-attributes.html I think pretty much all our scripts should use defer since we want to interrupt HTML parsing as little as possible. WDYT? Summoning @jakearchibald who I am pretty sure has looked in to this. |

This restores some functionality that was lost for half a day during the switch to GitHub.
Tested locally and it works even with whatwg.org/newbug instead of the traditional GitHub link. (That is, the redirect does preserve query params.)
