Opening a new issue, because going to close all the old pull requests and merge everything into a new clean pr.

Some notes:

wOSBrowser (webOs for HP)

wOSBrowser is part of the HP webOS operating system.

Remove os version decimal place limit.

Conclusion

  1. Remove decimal place limit.
  2. Add extra LG UA tests.
