EWeb 0.1
NSBENCH reads a web page saved as a file and runs on your Falcon the parts of NetSurf that EWeb starts from, the HTML parser (Hubbub) and the CSS engine (LibCSS), then says how long each took. It doesn't show the page: there is no browser yet. Its numbers show how a real DFB1 compares with the emulators EWeb's design was measured on (docs/DESIGN.md).
- Runs on any Falcon (no FPU needed), with plain TOS, MagiC or MiNT, and uses TT-RAM when there is some.
- To use it: double-click
NSBENCH.TTPand type a page's file name (SAMPLE.HTMcomes with it, or any page you saved).NSBENCH.TXTsays more. - The results go into
NSBENCH.LOGtoo: please send it back with your Atari's details. - Hebrew pages are read in UTF-8, Windows-1255 and ISO-8859-8, logical and visual.
