Link To stuck on "Loading items…"

Is there some sort of cache I can clear? When I use the “Link to” button, the left pane shows “Loading items…” indefinitely, and never loads any items. Also clicking an note under “Opened Notes” instantly deselects it and selects one in "Recent Notes."

Possibly related, “Copy Note Link…” (which, by the way, should not have an ellipsis, as it does not bring up a dialog) is not working reliably. It will often say, “Copy Note Link of Section [a different note than is selected],” and indeed it will copy a link to the wrong note. Quitting and restarting Zotero usually fixes it, until you then go on to the next note, and it will want to link to the last note.
