Regression: flash message is not html safe anymore after version 3.2.1

On redirect, the flash message is no longer html safe and anchor link will not display correctly (it shows raw html instead). This regression is introduced after 3.2.1, compare view: https://github.com/winston/rails_utils/compare/v3.2.1...v3.3.3.
