Restore Superserve sandbox blueprint updated for current adapter API

Restores the Superserve sandbox blueprint removed in the pre-1.0 cleanup (#251). The old recipe imported the removed @flue/sdk/sandbox surface and passed a cleanup callback that createSandboxSessionEnv no longer accepts.

Thanks — happy to continue here. The #306 branch restores what #251 removed: a Superserve flue add blueprint plus a docs page, sidebar entry, and catalog entry, rebuilt for the current @flue/runtime adapter API. Glad to adjust scope or shape it into the implementation PR.
