When, "home", "Messages", "Explore" Clicked, Electron reacting as a draggableRegion. this is might be give a slightly frustration if user doesn't expected drag window. so, this commit ajusted draggable region area to 10px of navbar top;

This moves our message and chat input text size to 14px, reverting the change to 16px. I see what that change was meant to do, but the bubbles are waaaaay to big now in comparison to all the other UI and feel way out of place.
