Handle "exports" from package.json (by option?) without the "pkg:" prefix.

In the other issus from @MilesWellsSVT #268 we see that the "pkg:" syntax is not supported by nextjs. Also angular can not handle it right.

Maybe you could make an option to use the exports from package.json even without the "pkg:" prefix?

I'm open to pull requests to support widely used loaders.

cssNavigation.ts and the resolveReference function is a good place to start once you've set up the development environment.
