All Products: Pagination disappears when changing order or switching to another page

To Reproduce

1. Create a post with the All Products block.
2. Click on a page number.
3. Notice the pagination buttons disappear while loading the next page contents.
4. Change the sort order.
5. Notice the pagination buttons disappear while loading.

Expected behavior
Switching pages or changing the sort order doesn't make any difference on the total number of products rendered, so there is no reason to hide the pagination in those cases.
