New Block: Active Product Filters

User Story
As a merchant
I want a block that allows clearing filters
So I can allow users to restart or fine-tune their filtering

Acceptance Criteria

• The user can clear all filters by clicking on the "clear all" link
• If the merchant didn't define any attribute, the block should default to fake data.
• The merchant can choose between two display styles: as a list or chips
• The merchant can select the display style in the block setting
• The display style is set as list by default
• The block setting is expanded by default
• This block, along with the other filter blocks, only works in the Product Archive page
• The user can view and remove specific active filters when viewing the Product Archive Page
• The block needs to be displayed in the Product Archive Page by default, to help with initial discoverability
• If the merchant already has some attributes in place, the block should show the first two attributes as examples of active filters Scrapping this one for now - there would be much uncertainty about doing this and a lot of extra load due to needing to query attributes + terms from live data. Using fake data makes more sense for previews.
