Add aucklandmuseum_tamakipaengahira provider to API #3661

Problem
Blocked on: #3658, #3659, #3660
Also blocked on the auckland_museum DAG being turned on, the backfill completing, and a data_refresh running after the backfill.
Description
Once all blocking issues are resolved and the DAG has been backfilled in the catalog, we will need to add this provider to the API via the Django admin in order for records to begin appearing in results.
Important note: for the provider name we should use the correct, full name of the museum: Auckland War Memorial Museum Tāmaki Paenga Hira
