Update tests enable error reporting

Fixes test breakages run -> try.

Makes sure comment_post_ID is non-null in Comment_Command::generate().

Suppresses errors on rmdir() in Site_command::_empty() as the main sites directory /sites could still exist.

Adds options scenario for bad values of --autoload.
