Include broken themes in wp theme list

Description

Broken themes (e.g., child themes with missing parents) were excluded from wp theme list output despite files existing on disk, causing confusion when attempting to reinstall or manage them.

Root cause: wp_get_themes() filters out themes with errors by default.

Fix: Pass array( 'errors' => null ) to wp_get_themes() to include all themes.

Safety: All theme operations (activate, get, status) already validate via $theme->errors() and properly reject broken themes. Only listing behavior changes.

wp theme list  # moina-blog now appears (previously hidden)
wp theme activate moina-blog  # Still fails with proper error

<issue_title>Broken themes missing from wp theme list</issue_title>
<issue_description>Hey folks!

I've noticed that wp theme list doesn't include broken themes.

How to reproduce

1. Install theme Buntu - wp theme install buntu which installs the parent theme stargazer as well.
2. Check theme list to see the new themes added.
3. Delete the parent theme stargazer - wp theme delete stargazer
4. Check theme list. The child theme is missing. But present inside themes directory and on WPADMIN under Broken Themes section.

Since the theme files are present and not list in CLI, try to install the theme again will result in an error.
