Scala 3.9 (LTS)

uni is now built with Scala 3.9.0, the new LTS. Scala 3's TASTy compatibility is one-way, so from this release on, projects that depend on uni must use Scala 3.9 or later. The sbt 2.x plugins (sbt-uni, sbt-uni-crossproject, sbt-uni-playwright) keep working on sbt 2.0.x: they run in sbt's metabuild Scala and, for sbt-uni, call a pinned Scala 3.8-built uni in-process (see adr/2026-09-03-sbt-uni-in-process-uni-pin.md).
