Reverse Reverb

Hello! I've created an account (after nearly 10 years) to simply ask if there's possibly a way I could add a reverse reverb effect?
If you're confused by what I mean, I'm trying to achieve the echo effect that you can hear right before Gabriel from Ultrakill speaks. I also don't really care if it adds a delay to me speaking.
I've played around with the pre-existing echo effect but I'm admittedly not too smart when it comes to audio tinkering so truthfully, I don't really know what I'm looking at.

Do you mean the ones in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LaJmtxJQuI0? I don't know if we have have a plugin that does that. Our reverb and convolver plugins can add echo. But not that effect that seems like a DJ moving a LP disk with his hands.
