Реализовано через необязательный ПараметрФлаг --remove-orig-bin-files команды --git-precommit.
Протестировано при ручном запуске из командной строки и при запуске через precommit самого git.
Если необходимы какие-то юнит-тесты на данный функционал, прошу помочь с написанием/идеями.
Требуется библиотека cmdline от 21.10.2015 и новее.
